1General Terms & Contractual Basis

JeetBazi (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "JeetBazi") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between JeetBazi and the user ("you").

By using JeetBazi's services through our website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that:

• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

6Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply at all times when betting on JeetBazi:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, all staked funds will be refunded.
• If a technical error is detected in the odds, JeetBazi reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• No compensation will be provided for bets affected by delays or connection issues during live betting.
• Placing identical bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

7Bonus & Promotion Terms

JeetBazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per member.
• A wagering requirement (typically 10–30x) must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Misuse of promotional codes will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• JeetBazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JeetBazi. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Participation in match-fixing or any form of fraud.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

9Account Closure & Suspension

JeetBazi may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For breach of these terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months) with no activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Due to legal obligations.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.

10Limitation of Liability

JeetBazi is not liable for:

• Losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions.

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions — all bets are placed entirely at the user's own risk.

11Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises regarding any bet or transaction, please follow the process below:

• Step 2: The JeetBazi support team will begin an investigation within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Investigation results will be communicated within 7 business days.
• Step 4: If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, international arbitration is available.

JeetBazi's decisions are final and binding, though the option to pursue legal proceedings always remains open.

12Terms Amendment Policy

JeetBazi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• 7 days' notice will be given for any significant changes.
• Notices will be sent via website announcements or email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
